  1. Simply download and print off a copy of the DBT Diary Card if you’ve not already got a version (via the ‘download’ button on the right).

  2. Set aside an hour or so and minimise distractions.

  3. Grab a pen and your journal to take notes and record any insights and reflections you make during the course.
